About the Role Join as a Senior Peer Specialist and use your lived experience to support recovery and wellbeing in a mental health setting. Build peer programs, guide teams and help shape services that empower consumers and strengthen community connection. • Lead and facilitate peer support groups and programs • Share lived experience to support recovery and wellbeing • Mentor peer staff and support workforce development • Contribute to care plans and service improvement • Build partnerships with teams, consumers and community About You You’re a lived experience leader passionate about recovery and peer support.
