Job description Role Opportunity We are seeking a highly experienced Study Manager to take full carriage of Pre-Feasibility (PFS) and Feasibility Studies (FS) for a growth projects across our clients mining operation. This is a critical front-end leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering study outcomes currently in concept and options development. You will own the study end-to-end, ensuring it is structured correctly, executed rigorously, and capable of standing up to executive and Board-level scrutiny. This is not a coordination role - it requires depth of experience, strong judgement, and the ability to focus on the right things early to prevent downstream issues. Permanent staff role , competitive salary offered Qualifications and Skills Degree in Engineering, Mining, Project Management or related discipline 15 years' experience in mining, mineral processing or infrastructure projects Proven leadership of PFS/FS studies for mine and processing plant developments Strong experience in multidisciplinary processing plant environments. Experience delivering complex big project type work with multiple interfaces Strong owner mindset (EPCM background acceptable if able to fully transition perspective) Exceptional stakeholder management capability Strong ability to prioritise, simplify, and focus on value-adding activities Highly organised, diligent, and able to fill gaps where systems or processes are not fully developed Strong written and verbal communication skills - concise, structured, and decision-focused Duties and Responsibilities Take full ownership of PFS and FS delivery for the project Develop and manage integrated study scope, schedule, budget, risk, and execution planning Lead multidisciplinary teams across mining, processing, infrastructure, environment, approvals, and commercial Drive studies through formal stage-gates and assurance processes Ensure outputs are robust, defensible, and suitable for executive and Board decision-making Translate complex technical inputs into clear options, trade-offs, and recommendations Identify and manage risks, opportunities, and change impacts Ensure environmental approvals and external interfaces are treated as key study stakeholders Maintain alignment with life-of-mine strategy and long-term asset value Ensure the study is done right the first time to avoid rework and downstream issues About Our Client World-leading minerals producer delivering both brownfield and greenfield processing plant projects, along with supporting infrastructure, across the Southwest region of Western Australia.
