About the Role: We are seeking an experienced actuary to take on a leadership role in pricing, forecasting, and portfolio management within a high-impact, commercial setting. As an Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for maximising the net return from purchased debt portfolios through strategic pricing, financial modeling, and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Lead pricing and valuation of debt portfolios, ensuring accuracy and profitability. Develop and refine forecasting models to improve financial reporting and strategic planning. Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to optimise asset management strategies. Apply advanced actuarial and statistical modeling techniques to enhance business performance. Mentor and manage a team of actuarial analysts and analytics specialists. Key Requirements: Minimum 7 years of actuarial experience in pricing, valuation, or analytics. Strong technical skills in SAS, SQL, Python, R, and advanced modeling techniques. Experience in financial forecasting, risk assessment, and portfolio strategy. Ability to communicate complex analytical insights to senior management and cross-functional teams. Fellowship (FIAA or equivalent) preferred. Why Join Us?
