About the Role This is not a sales role, but one focused on providing outstanding client service and operational support. You will play a key role in ensuring clients have a seamless experience throughout their asset finance journey. It’s a highly collaborative role that involves regular interaction, where you will bridge the gap between sales, clients, funders, and asset suppliers. Your day-to-day will include: • Supporting clients through the entire asset finance process, including documentation, credit assessment, settlement, and end of lease • Building strong relationships with clients, vendors, and lenders through direct communication (phone and email) • Ensuring accuracy and timeliness at every stage of the process to guarantee a smooth, hassle-free experience for all stakeholders • Preparing and sending finance quotes • Supporting both front-end client service and back-end operational processing As part of a small, agile business, you will have the opportunity to take on diverse tasks and grow professionally as you contribute to the success of the company.
