About the role Our new Workday Integration Lead will lead the design, delivery, and management of integrations across the Workday implementation program, ensuring secure and accurate data flows. Partnering with the Solution Architect, Integration Team, Business Analysts, and the Implementation Partner, you’ll ensure integrations align with V/Line’s overall integration strategy and business requirements. This role leverages Workday integration tools, APIs, web services, and AWS services to deliver scalable and efficient solutions, and is accountable for integrating the Workday platform with finance, payroll, workforce management, benefits, and third‑party systems. About you To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following key selection criteria within their application, as this forms part of our merit-based recruitment process: Must have 3 years’ experience in Workday software integration with hands-on experience with Workday and software web services (REST/APIs), in an AWS environment. Demonstrated experience in leading and managing integration projects for Workday software implementations. Strong technical experience with Workday with ability to translate integration requirements into implementation plans, technical stories, system configurations etc. Proven ability to engage and build relationships with a variety of stakeholders both internally and externally, as well as technical/non-technical. Proven technical skills with JDE and Time & Attendance systems (highly desirable) Salary for this position is commensurate to the successful candidate’s aligned skills and experience to the position.
