We’re partnering with a leading organisation to deliver a key Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) optimisation initiative and are seeking an experienced End-User Computing (EUC) Business Analyst to play a pivotal role. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape how end users interact with modern desktop environments, bringing clarity and structure to a complex and highly visible program. As the EUC Business Analyst, you will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to define and optimise AVD user profiles across a cohort of 150 users. You’ll analyse current state usage, define future state requirements, and ensure all technical inputs are clearly documented for infrastructure teams to design, build, and test fit-for-purpose virtual desktop environments. Key Responsibilities: Engage with stakeholders to understand and document user needs, applications, and use cases Analyse current state environments and map requirements across AVD profiles Define future state user journeys and optimal desktop experiences Classify and segment users into appropriate AVD profiles Elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for engineers and architects Define application access, packaging, and deployment requirements Establish performance, availability, and user experience expectations Work with infrastructure teams on: Identity integration with Azure Active Directory Access models and conditional access policies Endpoint management and device strategies Define interim hybrid desktop environments during migration Support change, adoption, and communication activities Assess downstream impacts to service desk and support models About You Proven experience as a Business Analyst within End-User Computing (EUC) or Digital Workplace environments Strong experience working on AVD, VDI, or desktop transformation programs Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage highly visible business groups Skilled in eliciting and documenting both functional and non-functional requirements Strong analytical capability with the ability to structure and organise complex data sets Experience translating business needs into technical delivery outcomes Familiarity with Azure Active Directory, identity, access management, and endpoint management Methodical, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure What's on offer? $900 - $950 p/d (including super) 6-month initial contract Nearby Melbourne CBD location (3-4 days p/w in office).
