About the Role We are seeking an experienced CRM Developer with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform expertise to support the delivery of enterprise CRM solutions within a Federal Government environment. This role will focus on configuring, extending, and integrating Dynamics 365 modules to support business processes and digital transformation initiatives. You will work within a multidisciplinary Agile team to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality CRM solutions, contributing to both project delivery and ongoing platform enhancement. Position : CRM Developer – $800–$1,200/day super Location : ACT (Onsite) Working Arrangement : Onsite (flexibility considered case-by-case) Start Date : 1 July 2026 Duration : 12 months 2 x 12-month extensions Application Window : Closing 24 April 2026 Key Responsibilities Configure and develop Dynamics 365 CRM modules including entities, forms, views, and dashboards Design and implement workflows, plugins, and Power Automate solutions Translate user stories and business requirements into technical CRM solutions Develop integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems (e.g. Azure SQL, finance systems, APIs) Implement and manage CRM security models, roles, and access controls Perform data migration, cleansing, and data quality improvement activities Support CI/CD pipelines and release management using Azure DevOps Apply secure development and DevSecOps practices across solutions Contribute to solution design, documentation, and architecture artefacts Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and stakeholders Support platform governance, monitoring, and troubleshooting activities Ensure alignment with Microsoft 365 and broader enterprise environments About You Strong experience developing solutions using Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse Proven expertise with Power Platform including Power Apps and Power Automate Experience implementing plugins, workflows, and server-side logic Strong understanding of CRM security models and access controls Experience with data migration, integration, and data quality processes Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and release management Knowledge of integration patterns including APIs, Azure Service Bus, and external systems Familiarity with secure development practices and DevSecOps principles Ability to work effectively in Agile, fast-paced environments Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience with Microsoft 365 and platform governance (desirable) Must be able to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance Must have valid working rights in Australia (Australian Citizen or long-term visa holders only; no sponsorship available) As a mandatory requirement for this contract role required by our client, applicants are kindly asked to complete a compliance check and upload their work rights verification at .
