This is a Multi‑Site Manager position working with Ampol and managing our Consolidated Retail brands. In this role you’ll be responsible for the day to day running of a number of our small format, franchised QSR (quick service restaurant) stores, including our two Soul Origin Stores at our M4 Eastern Creek sites. What you'll do: Be the champion of our customers — ensuring every guest receives unbeatable service. Bring our values and culture to life for both customers and the team. Monitor and guide daily store operations to maintain fast, efficient service. Build capability across the front‑of‑house teams so they can add value to every transaction. Use customer feedback to create action plans, celebrate wins, and coach the team for continuous improvement. Execute retail initiatives, promotions, and offers to the highest standard. Stay informed on local competitors, customer trends, and community needs — and share insights with the wider team. Maintain a high level of safety for customers, crew and contractors ensuring store operations aligned with our business standards. Support team leaders to develop high-performing store teams, manage performance, and recruit and onboard new team members.
