We are seeking an experienced, commercially astute Area Manager to lead a portfolio of five high-performing jewellery retail stores across Sydney's western suburbs. This is a pivotal leadership role within a premium retail environment, suited to someone who thrives on driving performance, elevating customer experience, and developing strong, high-performing store teams. You will step into a well-structured business with strong brand foundations, supported by a comprehensive onboarding program and close partnership with senior leadership as you shape and grow the performance of your region. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and their teams across five jewellery stores, fostering a high-performance, customer-first culture Drive consistent sales growth, profitability, and conversion across the region Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and presentation standards aligned to a premium jewellery brand experience Oversee stock management, inventory control, and replenishment processes to maximise sales opportunities Act as the key link between store teams and head office, ensuring clear alignment on commercial priorities and brand standards Analyse regional performance, identify gaps, and implement focused action plans to lift underperformance Ensure every store delivers a consistently elevated and memorable customer experience About You Proven multi-site leadership experience within retail, ideally within fashion, accessories, jewellery, or premium product environments Strong commercial and operational capability with a clear history of driving sales results Confident people leader who can inspire, develop, and hold teams accountable in equal measure Emotionally intelligent, resilient, and calm under pressure Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills and the ability to manage multiple stores effectively Naturally hands-on, with a strong presence on the shop floor and in coaching moments What's on Offer Competitive base salary up to $100,000 super Car allowance with parking fully covered Achievable monthly bonuses and performance incentives Strong training and onboarding support from a collaborative senior leadership team Genuine opportunity to influence and elevate a successful regional portfolio Long-term career growth within a stable and expanding business If you are ready to take ownership of a strong-performing jewellery retail region and make a visible impact from day one, we would love to hear from you.
