The role is ideal for a senior professional with extensive leadership experience in managing small to high-value liquidations, M&A matters, and complex portfolios. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of graduates and senior staff, strengthening a high-performance culture. Take ownership of insolvency matters from small to high value, providing strategic guidance and ensuring exceptional client outcomes. Manage large portfolios, budgets, and WIP reporting, ensuring operational efficiency and financial oversight. Make high-level, strategic decisions across complex insolvency matters, balancing risk, client needs, and commercial outcomes. Report directly to the Principal and contribute to the firm's strategic direction, including growth initiatives and team development plans.
