In this role, you’ll provide frontline IT support, troubleshoot technical issues, and triage incoming requests to ensure the right problems get to the right technical teams quickly. You’ll work closely with store teams and internal departments to deliver reliable technological support across the business. What You’ll Be Doing Provide IT support to retail stores and Support Centre teams Troubleshoot POS systems, payment devices, printers, workstations and connectivity issues Manage and triage IT support tickets through the service system Escalate technical issues to internal IT teams when required Assist with hardware setup, device replacements and system rollouts Maintain clear documentation and support records What You Will Bring Certificate or Diploma in Information Technology, or 2–3 years of equivalent experience in an IT support or application support role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience working with IT service management or ticketing systems.
