SkyCity Adelaide is looking for a Change Analyst to join the team on a 12-month contract. About the opportunity Reporting to the Head of Cultural Transformation, as a Change Analyst at SkyCity Adelaide, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful delivery and embedment of organisational change across the business. You will work closely with Change Managers, project teams and business leaders to provide structured analysis, insights and coordination that strengthen both transformation and BAU initiatives. Your work will contribute to assessing change impacts, understanding stakeholder readiness and identifying adoption risks, while helping to deliver practical, people‑centred change activities that enable sustainable outcomes. This is a collaborative role that sits at the heart of how SkyCity Adelaide evolves, partnering with teams across the organisation to ensure change is understood, supported and effectively implemented. About you You bring experience supporting organisational change within complex environments and have the analytical capability to translate insights into meaningful, actionable recommendations. Your communication skills allow you to engage confidently with diverse stakeholder groups, and your collaborative approach helps you build strong relationships with project teams and leaders. You thrive in roles that require coordination, attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities. Ideally, you also bring tertiary qualifications in a related discipline, exposure to structured change methodologies, and experience contributing to large‑scale transformation or enterprise‑wide initiatives.
