The Chief Information, Data and Digital Officer (CIDDO) is the senior executive leader responsible for the strategic stewardship of the ACCC’s data, digital and technology capabilities to enable effective competition regulation, consumer protection, enforcement and market oversight. This is a new role and provides enterprise leadership to ensure data, analytics, digital platforms and ICT are integrated, secure, ethical and outcome-focused and support high‑impact enforcement decisions, proactive market intelligence, and public trust. This person will work closely with Commission, CEO and our Senior Leaders to ensure digital initiatives are fully integrated into the strategic planning process and that there is sustainable leadership, resources allocation and execution.
