· Organise and oversee daily office administration to support the smooth delivery of student services, class scheduling and general business operations. · Contribute to the planning, review and improvement of office procedures, service standards and administrative workflows. · Coordinate office resources, including workspace, administrative support, supplies and equipment, and ensure office facilities are properly maintained. · Manage office records, student administration documents, internal reports and routine accounts-related administrative matters, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. · Assign and monitor administrative tasks for office support staff, and assist with onboarding, training and performance coordination. · Liaise with academic staff, management, students and external stakeholders to coordinate office matters and resolve operational issues effectively. · Support compliance with internal policies, administrative procedures and relevant regulatory requirements, including workplace health and safety obligations. · Assist with enrolment-related enquiries, student communication and front-office operations in a timely and professional manner.
