About the team and the work Our national property team is made up of partners, special counsel, senior associates, associates, junior lawyers, and paralegals. Join our established Sydney practice working on large projects and developments and other interesting and varied real estate deals. Your work will include assisting clients with the management of their property portfolios including, acquisitions, project off the plan conveyancing, disposals, major leasing and volume portfolio leasing (nationwide), joint ventures, commercial and residential developments, share sales of landholding entities, borrower financing and property advices and disputes. Clients include national brands as well as high profile developers and landowners. Gain valuable exposure to the wider national practice, working with teams across the country. About you The successful candidate will have a solid grounding and demonstrated interest in Property Law and 3 years' experience working for a reputable firm, with strong understanding of the local Sydney market and New South Wales jurisdiction and experience working on the PEXA platform. The role suits an ambitious lawyer who is committed to their career as a Property Lawyer, enjoys working in a driven and highly collaborative team, and settles for nothing less than excellence.
