About the role . As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in managing customer enquiries, preparing quotations, and ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact through to order fulfilment. This position is primarily customer service focused, with a consultative approach to supporting customer needs. Your benefits. Your key responsibilities. Provide knowledgeable support on steel building products, including (ideally) Colorbond roofing, fencing, patios, and guttering Manage customer enquiries via telephone and email in a professional and timely manner Prepare accurate quotations and assist customers with product selection Take a proactive approach by identifying additional products or materials customers may require and incorporating these into tailored quotations Follow up on enquiries and quotes to support customer decision-making (service-focused, not high-pressure sales) Liaise with internal teams including operations and marketing to ensure accurate order processing and on-time delivery Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and overall customer experience Provide feedback on customer trends and insights About you.
