The Role: Act as the face and voice of the branch, qualifying inbound calls and emails from plumbers, contractors, and architects. Accurately enter orders into an ERP system (Pronto). Manage freight and couriers for customer deliveries or liaise with clients to coordinate their own collections. Monitor stock levels and raise transfers from interstate or overseas, coordinating arrival via sea or air. Work closely with the Office Manager and internal sales team to provide availability, lead times, and product information. Think on your feet to resolve delivery issues or stock shortages, ensuring the customer’s project stays on track. About You: We're looking for someone who has 1-2 years in a face to face customer service and/or call centre role You love to archive and manage your inbox with high efficiency.
