Joining a busy, multi-entity business based in Collingwood, you'll be part of a small payroll team reporting directly to an experienced Payroll Manager who's genuinely invested in your development. What You'll Be Doing The business operates across approximately 20 pay companies with a workforce of around 1,000 employees — a mix of full-time and casual staff across two fortnightly payroll runs. End-to-end payroll processing across multiple entities (~500 full-time, ~500 casuals) Managing two payroll runs across a fortnightly cycle Ensuring compliance with relevant awards, EBAs, and legislative requirements Maintaining accurate employee records and payroll data in ADP Supporting reporting, reconciliations, and payroll queries Contributing to process improvements What You'll Bring Hands-on ADP experience is essential Solid end-to-end payroll experience — you're comfortable running payroll autonomously Exposure to multi-entity payroll environments is highly regarded NZ payroll experience is a bonus A collaborative working style — you're happy to take direction and grow within a team Why This Role?
