Commencing ASAP, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team environment where you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the accurate and timely execution of accounts payable procedures across the business. The organisation offers a hybrid work arrangement of 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home. This position is offered on an initial 3-month temporary contract and has the potential to transition to permanent employment, although not guaranteed. The Role Working within a friendly team environment your varied role will include: Processing of supplier invoices with attention to detail and accuracy Matching and verifying purchase orders to invoices Communicating with suppliers to resolve queries. Accounts Reconciliation Maintaining vendor accounts Vendor statement reconciliation Scheduling and preparing payments Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable Your Profile To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 12 months' experience in a high-volume transactional environment. You will need to demonstrate prior practical experience working with ERP accounting software, as well as possess an intermediate level of Excel skills (pivot tables/ V-lookups).
