The purpose of the role of Business Services Manager is to manage and co-ordinate the Business Services Team and deliver accounting services to your allocated Business Services clients. Core to the position are the following tools. – Workflow and Billing Spreadsheet – Xero Practice Manager – Xero Tax – FYI Docs – Microsoft SharePoint Key Responsibilities & Activities The direct reporting function for team accounts is to their team Manager/Senior Manager. This reporting deals with Client related matters. Weekly workflow Meeting held each Monday and conducted under the standard Agenda. Daily liaising to ensure that there are no issues that could prevent the accountant from undertaking their role. Client Meetings (Exit Meetings, Tax Planning Meeting, and other agreed meetings regarding consulting activities). Phone calls regarding on-going advice and compliance queries. Emails largely relating to administration of the client compliance and some written advice.
