The opportunity You’ll take ownership of a varied portfolio while continuing to build your technical and advisory capability. This role goes beyond pure compliance, giving you the chance to develop into a trusted advisor. Key responsibilities include: Preparing financial statements and IAS/BAS returns Managing tax compliance across individuals, companies, trusts, and partnerships Liaising directly with the ATO, ASIC, and other stakeholders Supporting tax planning and providing practical, client-focused advice Responding to client queries with professionalism and efficiency Working closely with Directors on higher-level advisory matters What you’ll bring 4 years’ experience in Australian public practice CA/CPA qualified (or very close to completion) Strong technical grounding in tax and business services Experience with cloud-based accounting systems - XERO technology stack preferred Confident communication skills and a client-first mindset A proactive, career-driven approach with a desire to grow What’s on offer $90K – $120K super (depending on experience) Genuine career progression into leadership Flexible working arrangements A stable, growing firm with long-term opportunity A positive, team-oriented culture where your efforts are recognised Modern, well appointed offices If you’re looking for more than just another compliance role—and want a position where your career actually moves forward—this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
