We are currently partnering with a global industry leader to recruit a Management Accountant to join their high-performing finance team based in Wacol. This is an excellent opportunity for a developing accountant to step into a broad, hands-on role within a large, complex organisation offering strong career progression. The Opportunity Reporting into senior finance leadership, you’ll support financial operations across a large-scale, operationally focused business. This role offers a strong mix of financial and management accounting, with exposure to reporting, reconciliations, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities Assist with weekly and month-end reporting, including P&L and balance sheet reconciliations Prepare journals, accruals, prepayments, and support general ledger integrity Conduct variance analysis against budget and provide insights to support decision-making Support intercompany transactions and cost allocations Assist with inventory accounting and reconciliations Partner with operational teams to support financial processes Contribute to system and process improvements About You CA/CPA qualified or working towards 2–5 years’ experience in accounting (financial or management accounting background) Strong Excel skills and exposure to ERP systems (SAP highly regarded) High attention to detail with strong analytical capability Proactive, eager to learn, and confident working in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders Why Apply?
