As Accounting Assistant (Accounts Receivable), you’ll working in a fast paced, high-volume environment where you will help manage the billing process to ensure effective and accurate cash flow. What you'll be doing: Setting up billing details in our in-house accounting system Processing invoices (standard, complex and Intercompany), credit notes and receipts Account reconciliation Processing contract renewals and supersedes. Refund processing. Cash posting / allocations (EFT & Credit Card) Shared inbox monitoring and actioning. What you’ll bring: 6 months in an Accounts Receivable or similar role. Intermediate MS Excel skills e.g. VLOOKUP / Pivot Tables Degree qualifications – Finance or Business Strong numerical attention to detail and an eagerness to learn, grow and develop your career in Finance.
