Client Services & Office Administrator Location: North Perth Employment Type: Full-time About the Opportunity An established business advisory is seeking a capable Client Services & Office Administrator to join their support team. This position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, while delivering a high standard of service to both clients and internal stakeholders. Core Responsibilities Operations & Office Support Oversee general office coordination, including correspondence handling, call management, filing, and archiving Maintain appropriate stock levels of office supplies and ensure a consistently organised workspace Assist with monitoring staff time entries and support timely processing of job billing Provide administrative support across a variety of tasks and keep stakeholders informed of progress Workflow & Client Coordination Monitor the movement of jobs within the practice, including lodgements and assessments Respond to client queries and provide administrative support across accounting, tax, and company-related matters Prepare and organise documentation for external processing systems and assist in managing submissions Systems & Process Improvement Identify and support efficiencies across office administration, compliance processes, and client service delivery Document workflows and procedures using internal systems to support consistency and continuous improvement About You You will be a proactive and organised administrator who enjoys being the go-to person in the office. You take pride in your work, communicate confidently, and are comfortable managing a variety of tasks.
