Job Description This role will suit a top caliber Office Manager or Executive Assistant seeking to further enhance their career with commercial skills and opportunities. Safety - Be accountable for office safety management Team Planning - Maintaining the team master schedule to ensure all corporate, asset management and cargo operations are completed on time. Joint Venture Interface - Diligently managing all Joint Venture interface including votes, consents, meetings, events and other interface requirements; Equity Management Activities - Provide general support for LNG cargo management activities and take prime accountability for Condensate cargoes and equity domestic gas. Legal & Accounting Support & Document Control Processes - Ensuring documentation is tracked, filed, and compliant with internal procedures. Assist with Contract Register activities and take prime accountability for KYC processes. IT Coordination - Including basic troubleshooting and on-boarding of equipment Team Administrative Support - Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence and business documentation, calendar management, travel coordination and expense management Office Management - Day-to-day office operation management; including facilities, supplies, and vendor management General - Provide general support across operations, including ad-hoc tasks as required The Successful Applicant Ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated / directed. Ability to take accountability and be proactive in handling objectives. Strong Problem-Solving Skills and Resilient Ideally degree qualified.
