Job Description Ensure that all customer enquiries, orders and quotes are entered and processed accurately Input orders into NetSuite and send them to various depots, warehouses or to Logistics for dispatch Answering sales calls and directing them to the appropriate person. Communicate with customers regarding stock availability and next available dates for delivery Maintaining pricing in accounting system and pricing sheets for all customers Provide batch certificates as requested by customers in a timely manner Participate in new customer prospecting to uncover their needs and potential as requested Participate in the development of process mapping in ProMapp and reviewing yearly Approve Vendor invoices as required The Successful Applicant Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role. Must have previous experience in using NetSuite Oracle Strong attention to detail combined with effective problem-solving abilities Solid computer skills, particularly within the Microsoft Office Suite (notably Word and Excel), with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills Positive and proactive approach to work Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and perform under pressure Capable of working across diverse cultures and varied business settings What's on Offer Immediate Start Opportunity Temporary to Permanent Opportunity Available Temporary Only Contract Available Convenient Perth CBD office location with access to public transport.
