About the Role: Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the HR Manager will be instrumental in ensuring seamless and compliant HR operations across the business. You'll take ownership of a broad portfolio: from overseeing end-to-end recruitment (including direct involvement in senior-level hires), to shaping company policies and supporting leaders on complex people matters. Day-to-day, you'll manage the employee lifecycle - contracts, reviews, onboarding, and more - while also coaching and mentoring your HR team. Your expertise in employee relations and award interpretation will be crucial. Working closely with the Quality team, you'll also help ensure HR compliance for ISO 9001 accreditation. This hands-on position offers plenty of scope to drive continuous improvement, champion employee engagement, and design initiatives that attract and retain top talent. You'll also be involved in HR data analysis, policy development, workforce planning, and supporting projects related to HSEQ and return-to-work processes. What We're Looking For: Tertiary qualifications in HR, Employee/Industrial Relations or extensive relevant industry experience Demonstrated success in a senior HR role, ideally within a manufacturing or similar environment Ability to build strong relationships at all levels, offering trusted guidance and advice High standards of confidentiality and professionalism Strong working knowledge of relevant legislation and award interpretation Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Desirable: Previous experience in manufacturing or blue-collar workforce Experience supporting a tenured SME workforce Exposure to ISO 9001 HR compliance Why Join?
