One 12‑month fixed‑term role supporting PII and one permanent role supporting Cbus The Role We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and inspire delivery teams across large, complex and high‑value initiatives. In this role, you will take full ownership of projects end‑to‑end, driving cross‑functional execution and ensuring outcomes that meet both customer and organisational objectives. Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities Champion the development and submission of business case(s) needed to progress the solution. Lead and inspire project teams to define and deliver complex, large‑scale projects (up to $10 million) across the full lifecycle. Build strong relationships and collaborate across functions to support achievement of objectives with clear expectations Demonstrate proactive and modern ways of working using tools and techniques suited to a fast‑paced environment. Define project scope, success criteria and deliverables in partnership with stakeholders, accurately interpreting ideas and information. Implement effective governance for project tracking and reporting to enable timely and appropriate decision‑making Proactively manage variance and change requests within established control mechanisms Plan, control and monitor costs and outcomes to ensure financial objectives are met. Engage and inspire project teams by delegating appropriately, providing clarity and maintaining a productive team environment while holding teams accountable Comply with broader organisational governance requirements for reporting and tracking Manage risks and issues with accurate documentation to support delivery of optimal outcomes Experience & Personal Attributes 12 years’ experience managing large and complex projects or programs. Experience within financial services, ideally in superannuation, wealth and/or insurance (preferred but not essential). Highly developed skills in planning, risk and issue management, stakeholder engagement and governance Strong core project management disciplines, including time, cost, scope and quality Proactive and dynamic leadership capability, able to lead multiple teams across diverse platforms. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to effectively mobilise time, budget and resources. Clear and precise written communication and documentation skills Strong ability to build rapport and credibility at all levels of the organisation.
