Senior SAP HR / Payroll Consultants (2 Contract Roles) Australian Citizens Only We are currently seeking two experienced Senior SAP HR / Payroll professionals to join a major program of work based in Melbourne. These contract roles run through to June 2026, with likelihood of extension. Senior SAP HR Consultant / Functional Analyst In this role, you will support a range of SAP HR/HCM initiatives, including implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and enhancements within SAP ECC 6.0. Key responsibilities: Configure and maintain SAP HR modules including Personnel Administration (PA), Organisational Management (OM), Time Management, Payroll, and ESS/MSS Translate business requirements into effective functional solutions Support testing cycles, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives Engage with HR stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and adoption Senior SAP HR PCC Functional Analyst This role focuses on optimising payroll operations using SAP Payroll Control Centre (PCC). Key responsibilities: Configure and enhance PCC (rules, KPIs, dashboards, and automation frameworks) Support SAP HR/Payroll modules and integrations with external systems Provide expert advice to HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll processes Drive payroll optimisation and process improvements Key Requirements (Both Roles): Minimum 8 years’ SAP HR/Payroll experience, including SAP ECC 6.0 Strong hands-on configuration experience across SAP HR modules Proven analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills Excellent communication skills Must be an Australian Citizen If you’re a senior SAP HR professional looking to contribute to a high-impact program with long-term potential, we’d love to hear from you.
