About The Role We are looking for a full-time Referrer Help Desk Officer to join our team on a permanent basis. The Referrer Help Desk team provide outstanding service and a high level of care to our referrers, patients and doctors. The role is predominantly phone based, and our staff are well trained to provide technical support across a number of internal platforms. We pride ourselves on the level of customer service we provide, building enduring and long lasting relationships with all stakeholders.
