Your new role In this role, you will be responsible for: Lead multisite operations to drive profitability and sales growth. Coordinate weekly specials, promotions, and marketing activities. Manage wages, costs, stocktakes, and financial reporting. Ensure QSafe, OH&S, and operational compliance across all sites. Oversee HR functions including training, performance, and team culture.
