With a strong presence across energy, infrastructure, resources, and industrial sectors, Deugro delivers innovative, end-to-end logistics solutions for some of the world’s most challenging projects. We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to join their Brisbane team. This role is responsible for the end-to-end execution of complex project logistics operations while also contributing to strategic client development and business growth across Australia. You will play a key leadership role in managing major projects, strengthening client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities, while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Your job duties will include, but not limited to, the following: ·Lead and deliver complex project logistics solutions across Australia ·Manage full project lifecycle including planning, budgeting, cost control, and risk management ·Act as the primary point of contact between clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders ·Prepare and review technical and commercial proposals, tenders, and transport concepts ·Oversee subcontractor selection, negotiation, and performance ·Ensure compliance with Australian safety, regulatory, and environmental standards ·Drive business development and support key account management initiatives ·Identify and secure new project opportunities ·Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project and operations teams ·Collaborate with global teams across chartering, pricing, and operational excellence ·Support recruitment and development of project management capabilities in Australia ·Implement continuous improvement through post-project reviews. Requirements: ·At least a Bachelor Degree or higher ·Having Master of Business Administration in Port and Shipping Management is recommended. ·At least five (5) years of relevant work experience ·Proven experience in project logistics, heavy lift, and breakbulk operations ·Strong understanding of the Australian project landscape, including ports, contractors, and regulations ·Demonstrated leadership experience in complex, multidisciplinary teams ·Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills ·Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on project execution ·Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
