YOUR NEW ROLE As one of their valued key lawyers in NSW, reporting to the Managing Partner (an industry-leading top calibre Accredited Specialist), you will relish the challengeautonomy satisfaction of obtaining justice for your clients in respect of their institutional/historical abuse claims. You will have full-spectrum carriage of your own files manage your own practice- obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence, legal research, providing technical legal advice, liaising with third parties, briefing counsel and attending court/settlement conferences. ONLY IF YOU desire a mixed hybrid role, some scope to practice in 1 other non-abuse area of personal injury law (eg public liability, medical negligence) if you have relevant experience.
