National Manager – Group Strategy RetireAustralia are seeking an experienced National Manager – Group Strategy to play a pivotal role in driving the organisation’s long-term vision and strategic direction. About the Role Reporting to the Chief Culture and Strategy Officer, the National Manager – Group Strategy leads the creation, coordination and monitoring of RetireAustralia’s annual and long term strategic plans. In this highly influential role, you will oversee the full strategic planning cycle, provide insight into emerging risks and opportunities, and partner with senior leaders to ensure strategy is deeply embedded across the organisation. This is a hybrid part-time position based at our Brisbane Support Office. Key Responsibilities Lead the organisation’s strategic planning cycle, including development, coordination and delivery of annual and long term strategic plans. Partner with senior leaders and business units to embed strategy into operations and support enterprise wide priorities and projects. Analyse internal and external data to identify trends, risks and opportunities, providing clear recommendations to the Executive and Board. Manage governance, reporting and performance monitoring, ensuring high quality, timely updates to the Executive Leadership Team and the Board. Drive continuous improvement in strategic planning processes, project management and organisational alignment. Communicate strategic initiatives effectively across the business, working closely with Communications Team to support engagement and understanding. Foster a high performance, values driven culture that promotes innovation, collaboration and forward thinking leadership. We’re on the lookout for someone with: Minimum 5 years’ experience in a corporate strategy role within a dynamic environment. Proven ability to work effectively with senior executives on strategic direction. Strong experience in strategic, market or performance analysis. Exceptional communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills. Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to champion organisational values. Tertiary qualifications in Business, Management or a related field (post-graduate qualifications desirable). Ability to manage multiple priorities, think critically and drive outcomes. A Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check is required.
