What You Will Be Doing As an Early Talent Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and development lifecycle for graduate and intern programs. You will act as a central point of contact, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates, stakeholders and program participants. Working in a fast-paced environment, your duties will include: Conducting phone screenings for graduate and intern candidates and providing recommendations on progression Coordinating and scheduling interviews via Microsoft Teams across multiple stakeholders and time zones Managing a shared inbox and responding to candidate and stakeholder enquiries in a timely, professional manner Supporting recruitment reporting and pipeline tracking using systems such as Power BI, Excel, and Workday Coordinating pre-employment checks including medicals, qualifications, and working rights verification Maintaining accurate candidate records and updates Assisting with offer management and onboarding administration, including communications and tracking acceptances Supporting high-volume recruitment campaigns, including bulk communications and assessment coordination Coordinating program events such as inductions, workshops and development activities Assisting with event logistics, scheduling, attendance tracking and follow-ups Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with recruitment processes and policies Skills and Knowledge Required Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage a wide range of people at various levels of their career. Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong customer service mindset with a focus on candidate experience Analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret recruitment data Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team What You Will Need Previous experience in recruitment, HR coordination or learning and development support Experience using systems such as Workday, Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Power BI Proven ability to coordinate processes across multiple stakeholders Strong administrative and time management skills Ability to adapt and work within a dynamic environment What s in it for you?
