Location: Adelaide CBD Contract length: 6 Months We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery phase of a large-scale enterprise wide implementation, with a strong focus on Salesforce About the Role As Project Manager, you will take ownership of end-to-end delivery, ensuring the program is executed smoothly through configuration, testing, training, and go-live. You’ll work closely with the Systems Integrator and internal stakeholders to maintain alignment on scope, timelines, and quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project delivery across configuration, testing, training, and go-live phases Manage and coordinate delivery with the Systems Integrator Oversee sprint-based delivery cycles and track progress against key milestones Maintain strong governance, including status reporting, risk and issue management Collaborate with business and technical workstreams to ensure cohesive delivery Drive readiness for training, UAT, and go-live activities Identify and manage cross-stream dependencies Provide clear, concise reporting to senior stakeholders and steering committees Key Skills & Experience Proven experience delivering complex ERP / similar implementations Experience working client-side alongside Systems Integrators Strong understanding of agile or hybrid delivery models, particularly sprint-based environments Experience managing projects in stable (“green”) delivery environments Ability to engage effectively across both business and technical stakeholders Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong governance, risk, and issue management capability Desirable Experience Hands-on Salesforce implementation experience (not mandatory) Experience delivering complex, multi-stream programs (business technical) Exposure to training, change management, and go-live readiness activities Experience within enterprise-scale ERP transformation programs To be considered for the role click the 'apply' button or for more information about this and other opportunities please contact Melissa Chai on 618 7422 0611 or email mchai@paxus.com.au and quote the above job reference number.
