We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join Brandbank and support the recruitment of retail roles across our brands. As a key member of our team, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. This role combines strong relationship management with hands-on recruitment administration, providing you with the opportunity to make a real impact on our people and our business. THE ROLE: Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail roles including leadership, store management, and visual merchandising. Partner with Retail State Teams and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and provide recommendations. Write and post job ads, and proactively source talent via LinkedIn, SEEK Talent Search, networking, and talent pipelines. Screen resumes, engage candidates, and conduct initial interviews to assess suitability. Coordinate interviews, manage diaries, and ensure a seamless recruitment process. Deliver a high standard of candidate care with clear, timely communication throughout. Conduct reference checks and support hiring decisions. Lead bulk and seasonal recruitment campaigns (e.g., Christmas hiring). Manage agency relationships where required. Maintain accurate ATS data, compile recruitment reports, and track hiring activity. Contribute to talent acquisition projects, employer branding, and continuous improvement initiatives. On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Minimum 12 months’ experience in recruitment and/or store management within the retail industry. Strong understanding of retail recruitment practices, including bulk hiring (highly regarded). Passion for delivering exceptional candidate care and a high-quality recruitment experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage a range of stakeholders. Familiarity with online advertising platforms and talent sourcing channels. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred, but not essential. Highly organised with strong problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines. Solid computer skills across Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
