The Role NextSense has an exciting opportunity for a Campaign and Appeals Manager to join our team at our brand new centre for innovation on-site at Macquarie University . This is a Permanent Full-Time role, working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday and reports directly to the Head of Individual Giving . While the centre is based in Macquarie, its impact will extend across the country to all our sites —and your role from our Liverpool office will be essential in bringing these advancements to life. To be successful in this role you'll need to demonstrate you meet the selection criteria: Required qualifications, skills or experience: Sound knowledge of Individual Giving with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in developing and executing Direct Marketing and Digital Appeals end-to-end in the not-for-profit sector. A demonstrated track record of independently managing and delivering campaign objectives Demonstrable results in developing and executing on strategy and creating strong value propositions for donors. Demonstrated ability to create impactful appeals and campaigns with the view to grow the donor base. You are obliged to become familiar with, and comply with child protection policies and legislation, as amended from time to time.
