The Company Well-performing and renowned medical components company is seeking an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead operations at their NSW warehouse near North Ryde. You will manage a small team, overseeing warehouse performance, inventory control, logistics, and team development, while ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards. This is a key leadership role for someone ready to drive efficiency and operational excellence. The Role Reporting to the operations manager the Warehouse Manager is accountable for overseeing and managing all daily activities within NSW. Responsibilities will be to: Oversee all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch Ensure accurate and timely inbound and outbound processing of stock and materials Maintain high inventory accuracy and stock control across all warehouse locations Monitor warehouse consumables and operational supplies Plan labour and resources to meet changing business demands Manage warehouse operating costs including staffing, consumables, and equipment Ensure compliance with WHS, quality, and regulatory standards Lead, coach, and develop the warehouse team to achieve high performance Partner with internal stakeholders to support business and customer requirements Drive continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse operations Your Background & Experience Previous experience in a Warehouse Manager or Senior Warehouse Supervisor role Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management Experience using warehouse/inventory systems, SAP B1 exposure an advantage Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work autonomously What's On Offer Opportunity to make a real impact in a leadership role Monday to Friday business hours Supportive team environment focused on collaboration and success Competitive salary package on offer If you are interested, please apply or contact Aiden on 0422 927 603 or aiden@engagetalent.com.au for further details.
