As Construction Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role across multiple projects, supporting Project Managers and site teams to deliver to the highest standards of safety, quality and commercial performance. You will work closely with the Director to drive operational excellence, mentor emerging leaders, and ensure consistent delivery across the WA portfolio. Key Requirements: Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent Proven experience delivering complex commercial projects $100M for a main contractor Strong background working for a tier 1 or major tier 2 builder Ability to lead, mentor and develop high‑performing project teams Strong capability in programme management, risk mitigation and project governance Excellent stakeholder management skills across clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams Strong commercial acumen with the ability to support project profitability and contract performance Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to drive a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement If you fit the above criteria, please apply to this ad.
