They deliver projects across a wide range of sectors including offices, schools, apartments, aged care, retail, recreation, health and mixed-use developments, typically ranging from $20M–$300M. Due to continued project growth, they are now seeking either an experienced Contract Manager or Senior Contract Administrator to join the team. The CM would sit across the entire $300M package, whereas the SCA would sit on the largest project valued at $120M. The Role: This opportunity can be structured depending on the successful candidate’s experience. Previous main contractor experience is essential Local experience and key relationships with the local supply chain. 10yrs experience working in commercial building Exceptional strategic thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills Strong verbal and written communication skills.
