About Company This privately owned and operated company specialises in a wide range of projects including industrial land, warehousing and logistics buildings, mixed use Residential, greenfield land subdivision, and commercial office buildings. They operate across most States and Capital Cities around the country, as well as regional areas. You will be Perth based, however there will be some travel to site required on an as needed basis. They have a dynamic approach to Investment and Development of greenfield and brownfield sites as they deliver many tenant designed facilities for businesses within their ownership group. They make cornerstone investments with 3rd party developers, so the exposure you get is diverse and interesting also at PCG level as the company representative. About Role They are looking to employ an experienced Development Manager to become an integral part of this expanding private and self feeding business. You will be capable of running projects throughout the full lifecycle from acquisition to completion and have proven experience with the management of built form projects, ideally including in the industrial warehousing. To be successful you will be comfortable working at a fast pace and have a solid foundation of property development knowledge that includes finance, contractor engagement and management and stakeholder communication. If you hold a construction or property related degree (or equivalent) and have worked as a DM for over 4 years, then we are keen to hear from you.
