Boutique, Director run business in great Subiaco offices Enticing and exciting projects coming to life in 2026 Work one on one with owners and clients ensuring fast decisions Located in Subiaco and founded in 2021 by its two skilled and well-regarded Directors, our client is a Western Australian Project and Development Management consultancy providing services across construction, development, retail and office projects. They work with a range of loyal clients across a broad spectrum of projects including residential (mixed use apartments), Industrial, Viticulture, Retail and Showrooms. Due to their ongoing growth, they are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager to join their team. You will be allocated projects in line with your experience, skills and output. This is a very different environment to any of the larger consultancies. This is a true, owner operated and you will for a close working relationship and partner with the owners to deliver quality service and outcomes. About the Role Work across a range of projects at various discipline, taking the lead role as a true client side representative. Keep and maintain a project registers, ensuring all tasks are tracked and followed up. Manage and update weekly WIP report for multiple projects. Be strategically aware and connected to the projects and clients allowing you to form long standing and quality relationships. Ideal Candidate Proficient/capable with MS Office, Google Sheets and scheduling tools. Able or willing to learn how to read construction drawings and specifications. Minimum 3 years experience project management. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce concise and professional correspondence.
