With a booming, culturally rich and diverse community, and less than an hourâs drive from the CBD (still within the bounds of Myki and ride-sharing), Melbourneâs North is fast becoming the place to be.    Northern Health are seeking applications from motivated and suitably experienced and motivated Clinical Nurse Consultants with leadership experience, staff managment and providing expert, person-centred care to patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) within our Gastroenterology service.  About Northern Health:  Northern Health is the major provider of acute, maternity, sub-acute, mental health, specialist, community and home-based services in Melbourneâs rapidly growing outer north.  Services are provided through our six main campuses: Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn and Mernda Community Hospitals Centres and Kilmore District Hospital. In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park, Mernda and Coburg.  About the Role: As the IBD CNC Team Leader, you will use advanced leadership expertise to support and manage IBD staff. Your CNC clinical skills to support patients and their families through diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management. Youâll work collaboratively with gastroenterologists, nurses, allied health professionals, and other stakeholders to deliver evidence-based care, improve patient outcomes, and enhance the overall patient experience.
