Job Description As Branch Manager, you will take ownership of HCA's homecare operational performance across Victoria. You’ll be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team and help scale our services in line with client needs and regulatory standards ensuring that care is delivered efficiently, safely, and with compassion. You’ll collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to improve service delivery, drive business growth, and enhance client satisfaction. This is an exciting leadership role where strategy meets hands-on delivery. In this pivotal role you will be responsible for managing daily operations and performance across Care Management, Clinical, Rostering, and Service Delivery teams in addition to: Lead workforce planning and development to ensure a capable, high-performing team Manage financial performance and support the achievement of regional budget goals Champion HCA’s values and behaviours while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and engagement This is a 12 month maternity leave contract, based in Melbourne. Specifically, we are looking with someone with the following skills and experience: Proven management experience and skills, ideally from the Home Care or Aged Care industry. Must have experience with direct reports, recruitment, workforce allocation, or healthcare operations, and a strong understanding of KPIs and reports. Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and home care operational models. Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and business metrics.
