The Position Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join the team to grow sales across the Melbourne metropolitan region and surrounds through consultative selling, relationship management, and new business development. This is a dynamic, field‑based role where you’ll manage your own territory, conduct in‑home consultations using a fully maintained mobile showroom, and work closely with builders, pool builders, architects, landscapers, wholesalers, and homeowners. Key Responsibilities Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive business development and strategic account management Identify and convert new opportunities across key industry segments Build and maintain strong relationships with decision‑makers and influencers Conduct in‑home consultations, provide tailored product solutions, and prepare accurate quotes Represent the brand at industry events and networking opportunities Manage CRM activity (SAP), sales pipelines, and reporting Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and product knowledge The Candidate Proven experience in field sales, account management, or business development Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills Self‑motivated, organised, and solutions focused Confident using CRM systems (SAP highly regarded) Interest in colour and design; construction or building materials experience highly valued but not essential Valid Australian driver’s licence and willingness to travel Why Join Our Client's Company?
