Convenience of standard hours Monday–Friday hours (8:30am–5:00pm). What you’ll be doing We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Senior Collections Officer to join the team. In this role, you will: Act as the initial touchpoint for customers, making inbound and outbound calls and providing outstanding service and confidently resolving their enquiries Respond to a broad range of questions, maintain precise data entry, and ensure every interaction is handled with professionalism, positivity, and efficiency Negotiate payment plans and resolve account-related queries on the spot You will responsible for managing all emails received in the Collections inbox Do you have what it takes? 3 years’ experience in collections in a call centre environment Confidence making high-volume outbound calls with a client-first approach A resilient, organised, and solutions-focused mindset What's in it for you The opportunity to join a large, well known organisation.
