An established global insurer is seeking both an Underwriter and Senior Underwriter to join its Brisbane corporate underwriting team amid continued growth. These opportunities suit technically capable underwriters looking to step into a broad corporate portfolio environment with exposure to more complex risk, stronger broker engagement and genuine progression opportunities. The successful individuals will underwrite and manage a diverse book spanning mid-market and corporate risks, while partnering closely with brokers to drive retention, profitability and strategic growth. The Senior Underwriter hire will additionally take a more strategic role in broker development, portfolio management and supporting junior team capability. You will be joining a well-regarded underwriting business with a collaborative culture, sophisticated risk appetite and strong reputation across the broker market.
