The Position Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Senior Field Sales Representative to join the team. Our client is seeking a Brisbane-based, full-time Senior Field Sales Representative for a role focused on driving growth, managing client relationships, and increasing product adoption across Queensland. The position offers a competitive salary, commission, and a company car, with the primary responsibility of actively expanding market presence and providing technical sales support in the field. You will: Own and grow a specific sales territory (South QLD). Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers (Formwork 70% sales, 30% working the account). Drive growth, identify new leads, and maximize profit within the assigned territory. Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients in their workplaces (field-based). Present products (concrete formwork/shoring) and negotiate contracts. Manage client leads, track sales activity, and report on progress. The Candidate The person that our client is looking for: Proven experience in field sales, preferably in construction equipment, concrete, or similar technical industries. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Familiar with CRM, Odoo Dynamic, target-oriented, and self-driven. Valid driver's license (field-based role).
