Reporting to the GM, People Services & Reward, the Reward Manager leads the design and delivery of Myer Group’s reward strategy—covering fixed remuneration, incentives and benefits—to strengthen our employee value proposition and support attraction, retention and performance. Join a growing team in a newly created Reward Manager role Lead the ongoing development and transformation of Myer Group reward strategies Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to deliver a fair, competitive and high-performance reward offering About the role Develop and implement contemporary reward strategies aligned to business strategy Lead remuneration and reward frameworks that enable a high-performance culture Own and continuously improve benefit programs and key reward policies Lead annual remuneration processes, ensuring strong governance, accurate analysis and timely execution Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to leaders on remuneration and competitive conditions Monitor and report on gender equity and other workforce trends, identifying risks and opportunities Support governance requirements, including partnering with the Company Secretary on ASX disclosure and compliance Collaborate across the People team and broader business to deliver clear, practical reward advice Support integration of the recently acquired Apparel Brands business with Myer reward frameworks and processes About you 10 years’ experience in reward roles (preferably in fast-paced environments) Expertise designing and managing short-term and long-term incentive programs (listed company experience preferred) Strong technical grounding in contemporary reward practices Highly developed analytical skills and the ability to translate data into practical recommendations Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at all levels Strong communication capability—able to simplify complex topics for different audiences Benefits to you Generous team member discounts across Myer Group (Myer, Dotti, Jay Jays, Just Jeans, Portmans, Jacqui E) Lifestyle leave and volunteer leave Flexible hybrid working (Docklands office work from home) Supportive leadership and strong career growth opportunities Apply now!
